two-tone brogues ss12

Two-tone brogues always look more striking than the monotone version. Among these, I love the Bally most. How about you?

stripes

Stripes are so useful. They are ornamental, yet characteristic of a particular brand. This spring summer is inescapable of stripes.

bally wabler 18 orange woody moccassins

Orange is a nice color. This orange tone is so nice that it keeps lingering in my mind. Bally also releases a classic canvas tote in such orange. Too bad so far I have not seen this moccasins in local stores, else I would surely grab one. Bally online store is selling at EU295.

some ss11 bally shoes online now

Bally.com is now selling some SS2011 shoes. The orange color " ENNY" is eye catchy indeed, something that I would wear,  while the classic striped "IANO" comes in such nude color, besides the usual black-white and red-white combinations. The orange color is a focus this season, and Bally applies it to loafers and bags as well. Do check out the website.

what's on my feet today...

I never know the name of this pair of shoes until lately I revisited Bally's online store. It's called Arlington, and Bally has released the AW2010 version as well. The Bally's red-white signature lateral stripes are amazing. But mine's in black-white, should I acquire one in red-white as well?

high in red

I have been eyeing on this pair of Bally Ikadi Red, which is released in high-cut only. Its red is elegant and gorgeous. I do not have many red shoes, and I quite love its tone of red. The dilemma is that I already got the same design in black. Its price in Singapore is steep. I noticed this pair of shoes when I was in HK three months ago and the price was so much cheaper! I did not make my decision to acquire then because I thought Singapore's Bally stores would have priced it cheaper. It is a regret indeed.

what's on my feet today...

I would frown everytime I wear this pair of Bally. I begin to witness the side perforated rubber patches turning yellowish, and the shoe laces being torn gradually as they will accidentally be drawn towards and stuck on the velcro hooks beneath the ankle strap. Is it bad design or lousy lace materials? In fact, the time when I made my decision to own it, the Bally sales assistant was very honest about this issue of conflict between the laces and the velcro, besides the lateral rubber patches. Yes, I guess I should not complain much after so long, and I should be happy that this Bally is still serving me well.
