Every season, Dolce & Gabbana will not hesitate to release the 'metal plate' shoes. The metal plates have been a signature and this idea is extended  into some lines of Dolce & Gabbana bags as well, or even 'borrowed' by some other designers and copycats.

If you are familiar with such shoes, you will know that the plates are often in shiny silver or in this fall winter, silver with golden trim.

For the upcoming SS2011, the silver plates trend will perpetuate nevertheless. Recently I came across the white plate version which I have previously never seen before. Retailing now at GBP265 at matchesfashion, it is something  unusual to have, but I will not put it in my SS wishlist. Will you even consider it?
